Pay: Starting at $21.00/hr.
Schedule: 2nd Shift 12:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday
What You’ll Do:
Ability to train, mentor, and supervisor weldersEnsure quality welds meet company standardsCapable of resolving technical issues on the floorFollow safety guidelines and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to pass a basic weld testNo formal certifications requiredExperience in fabrication in sheet metal and blue print reading“Go getter attitude” andAt least 2+ years of Team Lead experience
