The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Requirements Engineer (SRE) within the Systems Engineering function in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO . This unique role requires an understanding of engineering processes and the ability to communicate requirements into a contractually sound technical document.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Level Supplier Requirements Engineer (SRE).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment to develop specifications and statements of work for complex industrial automation equipment systems

  • Perform stakeholder needs analysis, technical measure definition, and requirements analysis, allocation and definition

  • Develop and implement systems engineering processes for organizations within Engineering

  • Use the structured requirements process to ensure requirements are clear, unambiguous verifiable and affordable

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

  • (Level 2) 2+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or work related engineering experience with a Master’s

  • (Level 3) 5+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s or 3+ years of work related engineering experience with a Master’s or work related engineering experience with a PhD

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2): $81,600 - $110,400

Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $97,750 - $132,250
