Job Description

Our client, a high-end bridal fashion design company, is seeking experienced professionals to join their design studio. The available roles include full-time Seamstress/Dress Maker and Pattern Maker positions, as well as a part-time Dress Cutter role. As part of the Design Team, you will report directly to the on-site Design Director. The ideal candidates will have attention to detail, precision sewing skills, and experience with delicate fabrics, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sewer/Seamstress
Location: Hilton Head, SC
Pay Range: $22-$26/hour, depending on experience

What’s the Job?

• Construct and alter bridal gowns using delicate fabrics such as silk

• Create and adjust patterns for bespoke designs

• Cut fabric with precision according to design specifications

• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and design team

• Maintain high craftsmanship and quality control throughout the production process

What’s Needed?

• Prior experience in bridal or couture garment construction

• Advanced sewing and pattern-making skills

• Familiarity with working on delicate fabrics such as silk

• Strong attention to detail and precision

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
