Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Real Estate Analyst** to help manage and implement real estate strategies for leased and owned properties across North America and internationally. In this role, you'll collaborate with various business units, Legal, Finance, and an outsourced real estate firm to ensure timely and effective real estate decisions. ### **What You'll Do**
- Monitor lease agreements to track critical dates and ensure compliance with lease obligations using CoStar (real estate database).
- Communicate with global locations to ensure alignment on real estate decisions ahead of critical lease deadlines.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, business units, and external real estate partners to coordinate and review documents for approval and signature.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate different real estate options.
- Prepare required communications for lease-related matters, including renewal notices, tenant allowances, lease commencements, and broker commissions.
- Manage documentation and maintain organized records for leased and owned properties.
- Assist in transferring lease and ownership documents, invoices, and supporting materials to internal or external real estate teams for entry into CoStar.
- Develop reports and presentations related to real estate strategy and decisions.
- Support audit requests by providing relevant real estate documentation as needed.
- Take on special projects as assigned to support broader real estate initiatives.

### **What You'll Need to Succeed**

#### **Minimum Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least **2 years of experience** in real estate or lease administration.
- Hands-on experience with real estate database software such as **CoStar**.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

#### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive real estate information.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite**, particularly **Excel**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Experience in creating custom reports and managing real estate documentation efficiently.

### **Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary Range:** $64,000 - $96,000 per year (Compensation is based on experience, education, location, and other factors.)
