Step into the role of Production Workflow Director and become a guiding force in our powder coat manufacturing operations. Collaborating closely with our Plant Manager, your vision and leadership will be pivotal in advancing our production capabilities while aligning with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members in compliance with health and OSHA regulations.
• Lead reviews of production processes and schedules, ensuring seamless operations and timely adjustments based on market demands.
• Oversee quality metrics to guarantee excellence in product output and service delivery.
• Conduct detailed analyses of operational reports to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Guide policy development and implement ISO standards, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
• Plan and oversee workflow with a focus on maximizing production metrics and output quality.
• Mentor, evaluate, and motivate employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• 5-10 years in powder coat production leadership.
• Hands-on experience with coating systems and workflow management.
• Exceptional communicative and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire.
• Experience in dynamic manufacturing settings, adept at quality control and problem resolution.
• Organizational acumen and the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and a plus if versed in Solidworks and Spanish.
