Produce defect-free painted parts while maximizing throughput.
Monitor powder usage to prevent waste and minimize repaints.
Operate the paint booth with full knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment.
Clean and maintain coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Set and operate both dry-off and cure ovens, recording all settings accurately.
Track and document powder usage at the end of each production run.
Accurately log in and out of jobs in a timely manner.
Optimize painting processes to improve efficiency and output.
Perform cleanups and changeovers quickly and thoroughly between runs.
Ensure paint booth and equipment are fully cleaned before each new setup.
Clean out paint booth trays at the end of every shift.
Store paints in designated areas to prevent cross-contamination.
Adjust powder equipment as needed to reduce overuse of powder paint.
Report gun maintenance issues immediately to the Line Leader or Supervisor.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
