Job Description

About Us

At Neaman Plastic Surgery, we aren’t just a clinic — we’re a destination for transformation, healing, and self-confidence. Our practice combines the best of plastic surgery, aesthetics, and wellness under one roof. With a state-of-the-art surgery center, full-service medi spa, and a passionate team of experts, we are redefining what it means to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant who is eager to grow in multiple areas of medicine — from wellness therapies and medical aesthetics to assisting in the clinic and operating room with our renowned plastic surgeons.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This is not your typical PA position — here, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a broad scope of practice that includes:

  • Wellness: Guiding patients on their journeys with weight loss programs, hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy, and shockwave treatments.
  • Aesthetics: Performing injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and functional injectables with artistry and precision.
  • Surgery: Working directly alongside our Plastic Surgeon in the operating room and supporting patient care in clinic.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety, and wants to expand their skills in both clinical medicine and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient consultations, assessments, and ongoing care in wellness programs (weight loss, hormones, peptides, shockwave therapy, etc.).
  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, functional injectables) with an emphasis on safety, education, and natural results.
  • Assist in the operating room, including pre-op and post-op patient management.
  • Support clinic visits by evaluating patients, reviewing medical history, and coordinating care with the surgeon and clinical team.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and overall health optimization.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, MAs, and the medi spa team to deliver a seamless, patient-centered experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education to stay current on the latest techniques and trends.

Qualifications

  • Current Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) with an active Oregon license (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience or interest in aesthetics, wellness medicine, and/or plastic surgery. (Training will be provided for the right candidate.)
  • Excellent clinical judgment and patient care skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities — you love connecting with patients and making them feel comfortable.
  • A passion for learning, growth, and practicing at the cutting edge of aesthetics and wellness.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits (Salem, OR Market)

  • Competitive starting salary: $110,000 – $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus potential based on productivity and performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and paid time off.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Ongoing professional development, mentorship, and advanced training in aesthetics and wellness therapies.

Why Join Neaman Plastic Surgery?

  • Variety & Growth: This position spans wellness, aesthetics, and surgery — a rare opportunity to gain experience across multiple disciplines.
  • Mentorship: Work alongside highly skilled physicians and an award-winning plastic surgeons.
  • Innovation: Be at the forefront of aesthetics and wellness with access to cutting-edge treatments and technologies.
  • Culture: Join a supportive, energetic team that values collaboration, excellence, and fun.
  • Location: Live in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley — close to Portland, the coast, wine country, and endless outdoor adventure.
