Paralegal
About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to provide critical support to real estate attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactional matters. The ideal candidate will provide support in managing real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting documents, and liaising with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include obtaining and analyzing real estate records to identify and resolve title issues; documenting and closing real estate purchases, sales, leasing and financing transactions. This role also provides support for corporate matters including document handling, records and database management, and organizing materials for lawyers and clients.
