Job Summary
The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and plating menu items during evening service, ensuring high-quality execution in a fast-paced scratch kitchen. This role focuses on cooking, assembling, and managing the line using prepped ingredients, while maintaining cleanliness and responding to customer feedback. The ideal candidate is skilled, efficient, and committed to delivering consistent, flavorful dishes.
Key Responsibilities

• Line Cooking: Prepare and cook menu items (e.g., steaks, seafood pasta, flatbreads) to order, ensuring proper seasoning and doneness (e.g., addressing undercooked steaks) during peak evening hours (~17 hr/day team effort).
• Assembly: Plate dishes using pre-portioned ingredients (e.g., lasagna, burgers), maintaining presentation standards and adjusting based on recent feedback (e.g., avoiding soupy lasagna).
• Quality Control: Taste and adjust dishes for flavor consistency, responding to concerns about blandness (e.g., burgers, steaks), and ensure timely service to prevent delays.
