Legal Translator – Bilingual Client Support (Spanish/English preferred)
We are seeking a personable and professional Legal Translator to assist walk-in clients, support the intake process, and ensure clear communication between clients and attorneys. This role bridges language and legal understanding—helping capture key client concerns, translating case details, and supporting attorneys with culturally sensitive communication.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients in their native language
Translate intake information accurately for legal teams
Clarify client needs and ensure no detail is lost in translation
Support attorneys with case-related language support and follow-up
Ideal Candidate:
Bilingual (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
Warm, approachable, and attentive to client needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior legal or client service experience a plus
