As the leader of Rocker, you will be responsible for the overall operation, focusing on:

Salary

The base salary for this position ranges from $64,480.00 to $89,463.31 per year . Actual salaries may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. This range is just one part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes both short-term and long-term incentives.

Essential Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Achieve operational objectives by implementing established business plans and guest experience systems.
• Foster a fun, service-centric culture through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
• Address guest concerns promptly and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with chefs to plan menus and control food costs.
• Maximize bar profitability through effective portion control.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Management Responsibilities

As a leader, you will:

• Lead: Manage a team of 65-70 employees, setting the standard for grooming and behavior.
• Ensure Integrity & Compliance: Adhere to labor laws and company policies throughout the employment process.
• Commit to Service: Continuously improve operational objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
• Manage Finances: Create and maintain labor budgets, forecast requirements, and analyze variances.
• Prioritize Safety: Implement and enforce safety standards in accordance with company policies.

Education and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five years of Food & Beverage Management experience or equivalent.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a CA Food Handlers Card.
• State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card.

Preferred:

• Experience in a resort setting.
• Knowledge of Palisades Tahoe's F&B outlets.

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Regular walking, standing, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision.

Working Conditions

Indoor/Outdoor: Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
Hazardous Materials/Noise: Typically loud workplace with occasional exposure to fumes and dust.
