Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned territory by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance product offerings based on market feedback.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Industrial/Automotive shelving, mezzanines, and mobile aisles within an automotive dealership and industrial field.

  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage potential customers.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the territory.
