Welcome to Love's:  We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts forward by helping execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms.The successful candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and can adapt and adjust strategies on the fly. You’ll need a mix of strong analytical skills and creativity, using the data to create unique marketing strategies that are backed up by the numbers. This position requires extensive interaction with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Candidates must possess the ability and willingness to balance customer needs with business priorities and help guide the business toward data-driven decisions.

Job Functions:

• Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
• Campaign Planning: Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, display ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and generate leads. Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
• Performance Management: Regularly monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data driven recommendations for optimization, and gaining buy-in from the business lines.
• SEO: Lead and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, organic search rankings, and website traffic. This includes keyword research, content optimization, on-page and off-page SEO, and link-building initiatives.
• Web Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve overall digital performance.
• Content creation: Work closely with graphic design, UX design, and other creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
• Innovation: Identify new marketing opportunities, technologies, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth
• Other ad-hoc: Take on other duties as needed to support the marketing department and the broader Love’s Family of Companies.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver optimal outcomes

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

• Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies and industry trends

• Creative thinker with a track record of innovative campaign development

• Skilled in solving complex problems; highly motivated self-starter

• Proficient in data analysis tools and marketing technologies

• Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO and SEM.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to analyze to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proven track record of excellence in verbal, written and presentation skills.

Skills and Physical Demands:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with integrating with various technologies to support marketing efforts.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, strong time management and organization skills, sense of urgency, keen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
