Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote pharmacy services. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement, learning the market landscape and actively engaging to drive new business. Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. Networking: Attend industry events and community engagements to build professional connections. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing. Willingness to travel both in and out of state. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
